With the new year right around the corner and all of the good habits, traits and resolutions flying around I thought it'd be the perfect time to remind us all that some of the pre-conceived "negative" traits aren't all truly bad. When striving towards goals, some bad habits can not only be beneficial - they are also vital. Today I'd like to talk about the 4 which I think are the most important.

Last week, someone reached out to me on Instagram to let me know that they've been reading my blog and made it back to my Blueprint Post. In that post I shared some goals and action steps that I wanted to tackle over the next five years and he just wanted to know how I made out after year one.
